ये हैं समाजवादी पार्टी के विधायक प्रभुनारायण सिंह यादव जिन्हें MP/MLA कोर्ट ने सजा सुनाई है. 2015 में जिला पंचायत चुनाव के दौरान हुए एक मामले को लेकर सपा विधायक को कोर्ट ने सजा सुनाई है.. 2015 में जिला पंचायत चुनाव के विवाद को लेकर बलुआ थाना में प्रभु नारायण यादव और उनके भाई के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ था. अब सजा होने के बाद सपा विधायक का कहना है कि दबाव में आकर ये सबकुछ किया जा रहा है.
