A public interest litigation was filed in the Supreme Court regarding the Atiq Ashraf murder case, on which Justice S. Ravindra Bhatt and Justice Dipankar Dutta conducted the hearing. The Supreme Court asked a big question to the UP government. The questions were, if Atiq and Ashraf’s medical treatment was being done, then why was the ambulance not inside the gate? Why was Atiq’s public parade being conducted?
