महिला सुरक्षा, एक ऐसा मुद्दा जिसको लेकर सरकार तमाम तरह के दावे करती और अपनी पीठ थपथपाती नहीं थकती..लेकिन फिर सूबे में कहीं न कहीं कुछ ऐसा होता है..जो इन दावों की पोल खोलकर रख देता है.. एक ऐसा ही जघन्य वाकया हुआ यूपी के लखीमपुर खीरी जिले में.. जहां एक दस साल की लड़की के साथ जो कुछ हुआ, वो महज़ सुन लेने से ही रूह कांप जाएगी..
