Kaushambi Crime: Rape पीड़िता को दिनदहाड़े मार गए आरोपी, कोई कुछ नहीं कर पाया?

यूपी में महिला सुरक्षा के तमाम दावे किए जाते हैं लेकिन जमीन पर हकीकत कुछ और ही नजर आती है. यूपी के कौशांबी से दिल दहला देने वाली वारदात सामने आई है. आरोपी है कि रेप पीड़िता की दिनदहाड़े कुल्हाड़ी से वार कर हत्या करने के बाद आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गया. लड़की की हत्या के बाद से ही इलाके में सनसनी फैल गई. घटना महेवाघाट इलाके की है जहाँ एक गांव में रहने वाले एक परिवार का आऱोप है कि बेटी के साथ गांव के ही रहने वाले पवन निषाद ने कई महीने पहले रेप किया था और पीड़िता की तहरीर पर आरोपी को जेल भेज दिया गया था. आरोप है कि 15 दिन पहले ही पवन निषाद जेल से छूट कर वापस घर आया था। जिसके बाद पवन और उनका बड़ा भाई अशोक निषाद ने पीड़िता लड़की और उसके परिजनों पर केस वापस लेने का दबाव बनाना शुरू किया. लेकिन जब लड़की ने समझौते से इंकार कर दिया तो हत्याकांड को अंजाम दिया गया.

The incident took place in Mahewaghat area where a family living in a village alleges that their daughter was raped by Pawan Nishad, a resident of the same village, several months ago and on the complaint of the victim, the accused was sent to jail. It is alleged that Pawan Nishad had returned home after being released from jail 15 days ago. After which Pawan and his elder brother Ashok Nishad started pressurizing the victim girl and her family to withdraw the case. But when the girl refused to agree, the murder was carried out.
