तो क्या बलवंत सिंह हत्याकांड में पुलिस कर रही है आरोपियों को बचाने की कोशिश..क्या एसआईटी रिपोर्ट में की गई बड़ी हेर-फेर..ये सवाल तब उठे जब कानपुर के चर्चित बलवंत सिंह हत्याकांड मामले में कोर्ट ने पुलिस को फटकार लगाई..और एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट पर सवाल उठाए..दरअसल पुलिस कस्टडी में व्यापारी बलंवत की पीटकर हत्या के मामले में आईपीसी की धारा 302 यानि की हत्या की धारा को हटाकर 304 यानि गैर इरादतन हत्या एसआईटी ने रिपोर्ट में दर्ज कर दी थी..साथ ही इसमें से दो पुलिसवालों के नाम तक हटा दिए गए..
