मामला है यूपी के हापुड़ नगर कोतवाली के ग़ढ़ रोड का जहां कांस्टेबल मोहन सिंह वायरलेस सेट लेने के लिए निजी मोटरसाइकिल से थाने की तरफ जा रहा था । रास्ते में कार सवार दो लोगों की गाड़ी का हॉर्न उसे सुनाई दिया… पुलिस वाले को लगा कि शायद उन लोगों को कोई सहायता चाहिए इसलिए उसने बाइक रोक ली.. इतने में गाड़ी में सवार लोगों ने बाहर निकलकर विवाद शुरू कर दिया…
